Items gone from character!

Did anyone receive compensation beyond what was originally posted? My original post for my SM is as below.

I just checked my mail on this AM because I saw I received compensation on my SM (thank you!), and saw that I was sent a blood wyven mount. I didn't originally have this. I recognize things are probably still in process of getting fixed, but I wanted to make sure I didn't get someone else's compensation or not.

Please ignore that item as it was sent in error. We haven't got to the other characters yet.

Lost literally all items from 2 I made a few days ago.
Skarbob and Barnabob, didn't have much on either, just a whole bunch of dyes from wyvern eggs on Barnabob. No idea which exactly.

Other characters seem fine.
