Win 3 : 1 Lose - would be a nice ratio. Anway, great patch, we needed this

Triple ticks if all 3 flags are controlled... Once again RoR devs do an awesome yet logical thing which WAR devs failed to implement during all the years of WAR.
About emblems - i think original system (something like 1 emblem for SC + 1 per 100 points) was good, because there was reason to fight, check points, etc, to win 500-100 instead of 500-50, rather than just afk to lose faster and go to the next sc.

These weapons, for most classes, are best in slot. If the rate of accumulation is too fast, then certain players / classes will be wrecking everyone in premades and it will start a huge qq thread about how op some players / groups are. A low reward ensures a slow introduction of weapons into the server population.
T2 will likely be the end game content for quiet a while so having an incentive, like Sc weapons, which take time to obtain, give players something to do once they reach almost fully geared since woe gear is slow to come by. Stop wanting everything so quickly. So you have to play for a a month or two to get them. This keeps people in the game.
The drop rate is fine, thanks devs. Love the work.

Regarding the frontal AoE. If I am facing down a ramp. Does the center line of AoE travel at the vector of my camera or horizontal to my character? It is important to know If I cannot point my AoE down or up.
