I fully agree that it gets abused to a point of no fun for both sides, numerous examples on killboard than even pretty balanced pug vs pug scenarios end up with surrender after initial fight. However tho simple get rid of it is no solution either, as there are still numerous examples on killboard than absolutely unbalanced matches absolutely clearly decided before start pop up (that shouldnt be happening in a first place is another issue tho).Washnuggets wrote: Tue Mar 14, 2023 8:11 pm Can we just get rid of this ability? Also SCs mechanics themselves are problem, farming team is not interested to end up farm and has no motivation for that (and never will) so alot of mechanics are fully open to straight out 15 minutes abuse (dont take orb in mourkain order side being able to climb destro spawn, dont take flag in khaine embrace etc).
Until then, if you happen to bring decent 6 just drop a message to other groups or roam the lakes against all odds is the way.
On a very big scale, SCs (exlcuding regular ones as those are purely for fun atm) are for grinding, it gives highest RR gains per time spent in case you killing alot and winning, however tho, player should also get fun in a process of grind. Grinding fast additional RR or some rewards from warfront shouldnt be so bad (either being stomped too hard, or stomping too hard, without any fight back at all, struggling to finish kill task as nothing leaves a spawn). Worth to mention that grind in RoR before city became scheduled has always been an absolute pain&suffering. Team claim to have something in mind, so we shall see, hope they understand the real nature of the issue.
