PQ Bag with no Tokens

We did a PQ, but none of the bags we got have tokens in them. We presume this is an oversight by the developers.

It's in The Badlands Order side.
It was;
Bloody Savages
Normal difficulty
Ranks 28-29
Coordinates 54,20
