The full Bloodlord set (7/7) gives med 25% chance to increase parry, evade, and disrupt by 10% for 10 seconds "On Defense" (when bein attacked?).
(And as you probably know it's called the "Reactionary" ability and/or proc

And the Hand of Malal also gives me "Reactionary" ability on defense.
Does this mean that when i'm being attacked that the Bloodlord set has a 25% chance to give me the Reactionary defensive stats and that the Hand of Malal also have a 25% chance to give Reactionary defensive stats?
So it becomes like 25% + 25% chance to get the Reactionary defensive stats boost on defense?
Or can you only have one Reactionary bonus on your character at once?
I've heard that "this does not stack with that and bla bla bla"...
But i would (if possible) like to make things clear for once so i know if it's worthless to have both the Reactionary from the Bloodlord and the Malal or not?
Cause if the 25% from Bloodlord and the 25% from Malal dont stack (so its more than 25% that any one of them will proc) when im getting attacked i might aswell switch from Malal to Fortress Bonesplit Axe cause Bloodlord is the best armor set i have since im only RR 69.
And, the last question. Suppression gives us 25% more parry for 15 seconds. Does it overwrite any (or both) of the Reactionary buffs or do anyone know how theese things really work?

I'm thankful for any answers that might enlighten me on this matter

Im sorry for my flawed english, Swedish is my first language.
Thanks in advance for any answers, best regards.
