WE low level build

None of the older builds are showing up. When I click the link, it just goes to a black screen. Hoping it isn't on my side and it's just a bug or glitch? Idk but I would like to perform better. Thank you.

I have also noticed that the build tool is broken since about 3-4 weeks when trying to access builds posted on the forum via links.

Chrome dev tools say:
<noscript>You need to enable JavaScript to run this app.</noscript>

Something went wrong with the latest build of the website I guess...

Sorry for the slight necro....so low level (IE T1 when you start to get points) - whats a good SC/roaming spec?

I would put points into Suffering tree first to get Elixir of shadows and black lotus blade for healing debuff then go all the way to witchbrew.
