Increasing drop rates is something they have already done in the past, going to assume it doesn't take much effort on their part. Would be nice to just see drop rates for scenarios and parties+warbands to be brought to 15% (greens), blues being 2% drop chance, and purples 0.2%. A 5% drop rate for scenarios is insane when the average amount of kills for the winning team is often under 20. After a week or two this should kill the ridiculous blue item prices (Well itemized woe weapons can run 30-100g right now), while still keeping purple rare and desirable. Now you average player can realistically get into whatever green/blue items they want with a little effort on their part, and if they decide they want to... they can grind out for the upgrade to runescribed (which will actually be on the market). And with realistic drop rates, they can trade up to those items by participating in trading... which will in turn make items easier for everyone to obtain.
