How long (average) to be PvP viable?

I'm a fairly casual player. Maybe 10-12 hours a week including both weekdays and weekends. I do pve with my guild on Thursdays a decent amount, and orvr guild events Sunday/Tuesday. I have two order characters over rr80 with full sov/triumphant and it took me about 12 days (number of hours) total of play time on each character to reach that point. Obviously you are pvp viable before that point, and I did most of the leveling before the weekend warfronts were a much of a thing.

I'm going to say that if you really don't care about efficency you'll get a char to bis in 20-25 days. That's assuming absolutely no help.

Dont be so hasty in getting to end game. Mid tier scenarios can be a lot of fun (I personally detest t1, but others share differing opinions). Download the game, come play, and enjoy the journey, not the destination.
