it's a good itiem only for min max rdd and dd, the same thing that we had in live with lotd jewelry those were good for dd compared to rr90 jewelry.... this is what happen when you put something in game should not.

IF you go for the BIS and everyone lose THE bis gear everyone is alredy BIS, why they should quit? unles they are here for the power creep and gear zombi grind.

What would it achieve, except making the gear choice less interesting and pissing people off who did the grind? If just made inaccessible it creates a big disparity between old toons that have it and new toons that won't be able to compete with them. Either way removing it would cause more harm than good at this point in time.

P.S. imho dds are not the issue, healing has always been overpowered in mmo's and RoR is no exception.

Beloved ranked project failed and the costs (or the threat to remove it complety), are a childish reaction on the fact that there are not enough players that wanted the content.

I have to remind that when war crest convert happened the ring was offered for less then 2k for a while. Most people obtained it that way and again the same people complained here to raise the price to a ridiculous amount. I got it and let me make it as difficult as possible for others from now on mentality sounds selfish and unfair. I had it on my previous toons through ranked solo and I have no problem with getting it that way since it was fairly affordable once you reached to 1000+ mmr. However, with the current situation the cost is ridiculous.

The Sorc ring was offered at 1000 and it was a bug, all of the others were 9999.

The best thing to do is make it match all other RvR Jewelry Gear slots. Then you get rid of the issue. We really could use a paring down of power.

I dont remember there was this much complaint and wishes to get next tier level of gear removed, when Conq, Vanq, Invader and Royal sets were added.
Because thats tecnically what this is.

The ranked ring is allowing 9 setbonuses to be mixed, where as Sove were limmited to 8.
And the value of reaching one extra setbonus is very roughly the extra stats from going from one armor tier to the next, and takes about as many crests to get this extra setbonus as accumulating Sove.

MDPS getting that nasty WS proc is really really strong, but some of the healers getting acces to more resources from 4piece proc or mixing Vanq 2.0 castspeed proc with more stats is also really sweet. And without knowing im sure some of the 2hander solo roaming builds probably also find enjoyment of the extra setbonus you can mix in compared to previously.

So is it just blind anger towards the price, when the powercreep vs price is honestly pretty fair?
