Hello,
trying to launch the RoRLauncher.exe, however i get the following popup:
The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b).
click ok to close the application
i click ok and it closes, I tried to run it as Administrator, then tried to run it 64 bit as well as 32 bit... still same error....
I tried running Compatibility windows XP Service pack 3, Vista and 7... still same error... anything else to try?

That seems directx9c error. did you try reinstalling it?
if that doesnt work, grab a 32bit d3dx9_34.dll from here: https://www.dll-files.com/d3dx9_34.dll.html and extract it into the RoR folder, next to WAR.exe etc.
and yes, 32bit even if you choose 64 from the launcher.

I had this problem years ago. Unfortunately, I formated my pc last month and erased the files that correct it. But you can find them if you do a search on youtube like "how to solve error 0xc000007b. It's easy to find.
