Second he asked for the most "unfair" class between WH/WE which mean he knows that they are OP and looking for which is even more broken to generate aggravation in the player base.
Yes WE/ WH has always been strong on 1 VS 1 no doubt and they should be. High Risk - High reward. Since live this was never a problem. The problem is that now they have a huge utility toolbox, with a lot of escape / survival mechanisms and almost no risk with regen builds and guarantied kills even 1v3 . If an assassin class can take 1 vs 3 and win most fight what should a brawler class like marauder do? 1 vs 6?

Those 1vsX only happen, because the victims have a huge contribution to their success.
Bad play and lack of potions shift the odds in favor of anyone with potions.
You don't see most of them use potions before they die.
You see rdps standing in melee range, while attacking, in general the positioning is quite bad.
In a 1vsX the attacked player should detaunt you and play defensive, while all others attack and CC you.
Don't you think live game with lotd soul talismans was a lot more broken, especially when those inexperienced players never had a realistic chance to get the gear?
Huge crit stacking and absorb procs plus all the pocket items from small tombs.
Solo meta here is childs play compared to live.
Dying is no option.

They are both over the top due to similar toolkits.
WE is the easier pick because you don't have to fight gits, Magus and pulls. Most SWs, Engis and BWs or AMs are basically free kills for WEs. In other words: For the average WE there are more easy Order targets. Unless you are a high rr WH you gonna have a harder time vs Destro targets. There are also slightly more tanks and healers on destro for your support.

The only injustice that could be blamed on these two classes is which are invisible for a while and which attack you by surprise. (nothing unfair then, the game is designed that way).
To rebound very responsively and rebound quickly without staggering:
Currently the WE benefits from a power of regen (without pre-requisite on the target) via build which is a little too op ...
Compared to the WH which needs the Dragon gun + wounded bullet build (therefore to "hit" the target) to benefit from the recovery of PV/LP
(understand that if the shoot is "parry": there is no regen for the wh ....)
