BG or chosen ?

Hey ! i want to try a tank and find both of them to be pretty sick looking, but i don't know which of them to chose, i don't mind if the tank is being difficult to play, also i really want to play as a 2h, i like doing everything, sc, wb, city, soloroaming and so on, can you help me choosing ? thx !

if you're adamant about 2h go bg so you at least bring crimson death. 2h chosen is eh in wb/city since they lost crippling strikes and you can't morale pump in 2h. the reason to go 2h as a tank in wb play is to apply your big 2h restricted debuffs, not deal damage, which will always be crap compared to a proper dps

in smallscale both are great. chosen has to slot a tactic their superpunt but bg has to slot a tactic for their wounds debuff. bg has armour debuff, stackable heal debuff and can give their healers massive willpower buffs. chosen has auras, parry without tactic and is just a little more flexible and well rounded

well played bg will always find slots easier than chosen too as there are legit 2x more chosen than bg, minimum, but chosen still won't have trouble as it's a class its hard to have too many of and everyone is lacking tanks all of the time. they might just ask you to switch to snb

To elaborate on "BG will always find a spot" its not entirely true. Every party needs a chosen no matter what for the resistance buff that you cant strip, BG gives no utility like that. Still, two meta picks for destro 6 man groups.

yea but it's not unusual to join a pug city wb and see 7 chosen. BG may be the least played class in the game (? or rp/zeal). BO has high player numbers but it's massively overrepresented at low rr because of how appealing and fun it is to new players and greenskin fans, many high rr BO quit when the class got eviscerated
