i'm forced to rename my character

Hello ,

sometime ago i created a character and name it Volkmar it was not taken and today after a pause i launch the game and see Volkmar632577C1 and when i want to log in it say i have a duplicate name i have to rename my character
Just WTF ....

is it normal ?

Hey,

there was a patch a while ago:
Names of characters that have not been logged in for more than one year are now free to use. The old inactive character will be automatically renamed and its owner can pick a new name on next login. The newly implemented automation will keep releasing new names, from inactive characters, for you to use.

Thanks , i feel like its less than one year but after all a year pass like a blink of an eye
