About 9 months ago armor was mathematically better except in some special cases. Haven't played since then but I am not aware of any changes in the game mechanics in that regard.

Running mostly armor on AM with some wounds. In the shaman videos I am running wounds but thats because i am broke on destro :p

One more question, how do you make your screen shine during whispering winds buff? Addon name?

Thats done with Aura. I made a video about the ui. The relevant part is around 7:30 min
