Autoband kick should be removed from the game. If you want to have wb only for 40 then create closed one and use lfg channel.

I fully agree if kick is based on rank.
If you get kicked because of your class, I think it is fair, when the kick msg tells you, what classes are needed.

Well, my experience:
3 open wbs, 1 is full. I join 2nd one, kicked because I'm 28 level. Join 3rd, kicked because I'm 28 level. So first people kick me because I don't have a level, but at 40 I will be kicked because I don't have an rvr experience. Very nice.

I cannot talk for the other. But i cam talk about myself. When I make Wb, i just care about 3 thing:

1-Play your archetype, i dont care about your build or level.
2-Try to follow me
3-Dont play SC in the WB

K, i am far the be the best lead, i know that I do my best and i want to have fun, like the other person in my Wb. Just to say it is not all wb leader who are tyran.

If you see a tyran leader because he kick you for no real reason, dont hesitate to make Wb. It is stresfull at the begining, but with time, you Will ne better !

Try to join a guild that runs WB raid, because you will not learn anything from PUGs WB or maybe just the bad part (no assist, everyone doing their own life, zerging, sleeping inside the keep until a keep attack...).

What if you are providing heals and guard? Bolster raises flat attribute buffs/debuffs through the roof. All you need is appropriate gear for your level.

I always thought autoband was counterintuitive tbh…

It is made for pug bands but unless you play in eu prime you can’t expect to have 222 setup with 40s in a pugband…
