Can't create a character, cant play (heeelp)

Hello when i launched the game it is this weird screen

and when i come back and select a faction this is what i get and i cant click Done

Can anyone know what to do?

Looks like the game isn't completely installed or has permission issues or antivirus/firewall blocking something.

It could also be a turkish locale issue? are you using turkish language on your windows install? if so, if you can change the system locale to English for the time of patching.

Exactly! Changing system language before opening launcher fixed it immediately. Thanks a lot see you in game :)
