Backpack problem

I've got a simple problem. I can't open my backpack, keyboard key is unresponsive the same like icon.

sounds more like a fresh install/update issue. Try the repair function first.

close game first. Launcher > cog wheel> repair function

I've reinstall the whole RoR launcher, becouse i've tried everything I guess and it helped... but when i've logged again none of my characters were there, both lost :/

That sounds more like that you've logged on the wrong account
