gear unlocking tomes question do i have to buy all again?

hello ima playing this game a long time, and had an long break ,now i see i have to unlock gear with tomes soldier mark´s etc
means i have to buy all the gear peaces again and invest warcrest tokens, means alot of farming again
iam an bit frustrated about this,cause i had most of this gear peaces back in time but now i need to buy them again
just to get my gear peaces for lvl 40 and reknown so i think i quitt the game ,cause i don´t like to grind wartokens to buy that all again
is there any possibility that i get those from game admins cauze i don´t wanna grind that again
other wise really iam quitting it ,cauze much time was spend on my side

ps my char´s name is Cerberuz it´s an chaos choosen

My alts didnt get any unlocks for older sets too, even tho they wore every single one of them, every scenario set. I was lucky because I like hoarding and had latest sets sitting in my bank. So if you have any previous set sitting around in your bank just wear it, it will still give you the unlock. If not well you already know it..

I would create one, but I don't have any character to represent in a bug

it's obviously a huge and critical problem everyone seems to be "ok" somehow and none really talking about

What are the returning player would see first? That he need to buy all the way up sets, again?
I bet he going to uninstall the game and forget about it

I also Lost all Beastlord tokens on all char except 1 Lost 2 or 3 but 1 still left. Lost Bestial Tokens on few as well.
