So upon my return to the Warhammer Online world, of course I made the best tank in the game to start playing. This of course would be the IB. That and being a dwarf fanboy, it wasnt even a question of "if" I would make such a glorious and OP class that also happens to be a dwarf. I then came upon the creation of a name. I did random and modified a bit and settled on Dwemur. While playing one fine dwarfy day, my step son joined our guild and immediately messaged me to ask how long I had played this certain game that will remain nameless here. I was confused about the question and after some back and forth I learned that in this other MMO that Dwarves are not...Dwarves or Dawi or Durin's Folk or anything with some respectable adjective and noun to represent their existence. No, they were called the Dwemur, wtf. By chance I happened to name my noble Dwarf IB after a race in another MMO. So ultimately I was wondering how does someone go about getting a name change?

Type in game .changename

This will give you a token which you can use to change any characters name on the character select screen.

IIRC, you can do this once every month or so.

To salt the wound, these "dwarves" from that other universe were actually elves, disgusting, i know. Change that name asap master Dwarf!

Its "dwemer", not dwemur. "Mer" means elf
