[Support] I cannot log in with my character

had the whole Week no problems, but now the Bug is back and i cant login again. It seems the "to many Quests" thing is not really the cause of this problem.

War Reportet again yesterday and logged off. ( Now it try to load my Character in Thunder Mountain like last week and the game puts me back to the loading screen )

So apparently it worked again as we discussed in-game.

I need serious help I think lol,I asked 3 times in this thread already and asked a in game gm to help but my chars are still stuck. I don't know what guilds they are in or are even in one, it's been a long while since I logged into them

Stuck again. You guys moved him for me last week and I was able to log in, but I'm having the same issue again. Only on this toon. Other toons log in with no problem at the moment.

Problem: I can't log into the game when trying to log in with these characters. Instead, the loading screen sends me straight to the character selection screen. I think I scored a lot of quests and didn't complete them

Please feel free to write again if it didn't work and /unstuck also didn't work (don't forget to try to spam /unstuck while loading!). If both didn't work, I will move your characters to our new list of severely stuck ones in order to have Max check them and test them manually. Sorry for any delay, we respect your patience.

Its been another week and my character Halton Landis has still been unable to login

I see that my character was moved from altdorf to the blighted isle but /stuck spam and multiple attempts have been unsuccessful. Im not sure what else it could be

Every single day I try log into this character and it fails numerous times. Sometimes I can get in by typing /stuck x 3 or /reload
Most of the time, typing either of those crashes the game.

I have tried inviting multiple new players (friends) to the game, each have had the same problem and stopped playing permanently, not good for game numbers and often I just give up trying and feel reluctant to even try some days.

I'm sure you're aware but i want to say that continuing to not fix this problem will hurt the game population as some people don't have the patience to go through it constantly and just leave the game for good.

I can log in, see my characters, and click play. it's trying to load praag, and eventually it looks like it times out and i get kicked back to a screen where I can select the server. I have not been able to log back into the game since the servers crashed a few days ago.

i have same issue it refuses to allow to login i have reset my password and still get the following error
invalid username/password
which is bullshit as this site gave me user name i changed password from there 24 one to my own and still nothing
