Bugged; Cannot sell any items on the AH, and if i attempt to, it bugs the item out.

As topic says.
i've been having an issue for a long while now on my characters where i cannot sell an item on the AH. I've never been able to sell a single item. I attempt to put an item in the sell-box... set a price... but the button is still greyed out. Its not a bound item, i have money for the sell fee. And when i attempt this it bugs out the item and becomes bugged in my inventory (i cannot select or mouse over it)... i have to /reload to fix it.

I've tried repairing my game, i've tried closing/opening the game launcher several times.

at this point, it seems kind of frustrating if my only option is a full uninstall/reinstall which'll take hours to redownload.
