ToK Jewelry Sets

I was going through my gear setup and got to thinking about how almost all of the armor and weapons in the game have been adjusted over time, and realized that none of ToK jewelry sets ever have been. I think that it might be a good idea for whoever it is on the dev team that works on gear progression to take a look at them.

My thoughts are that the stats provided on them are just too low compared to any of the other comparable sets you can get (talking about Genesis, Assailant, Guardian, Bulwark, Brawler, etc.). The set bonuses are fine, it is just the total stats seem low by about 10-20 points on each piece. If the stats were adjusted a bit upward I think that many might be tempted to take a second look at using them, which would give everyone more freedom and variety when creating character builds.

Anyway just my two cents, but I hope others like the idea and that you guys might give it some consideration.

I second that. It would add some more variety to setups. Right now only the Winds set is in use, I believe.

It could also be good to review widely LotD jewelry as well, since item levels dont match the stats of genesis, despite getting a bit higher on some rings (lv 43+48 vs 2 genesis 45+45, and getting less stats than genesis).

I think LotD rings could be appealing if they offered radically different bonuses and stats, like a set with one-2 big magic resistances, taking for example some PvE purple rings (ravener, Harbinger and such).

Also set bonuses are pretty poor for intended level : 3 AP as 2 pieces bonus for healer set... is not very appealing considering the huge stat loss versus 2 genesis jewels, wich offer more useful and higher main stats (+97 main stat, 24 init, 24 wounds... for 2 slots), despite being outdated lv 36 rings.

All ToK rings should also be reviewed and adjusted versus difficulty to earn, not especially much, but at least making them more "specialized", kind of like Strife+Torment are offering for tanks/mdps (4% total parry is fair, but lack stats in the end). Need more of those specialized sets, and I think readjusting bonuses for archetypes could be very interesting, and could bring back those outdated items to life.

I think upping PvE rings to levels 38-40 will bring them more in line with Genesis, and give them a "fresh start" and use for different builds.
Game is currently lacking variety for rings and cloaks options (I mean, viable options for level 40 characters).

Most available options, including Genesis, were made for level 36, thus there is no real competitive 2 pieces or 3 pieces jewelry set outside of Genesis, wich is sad.
Impervious Winds are good only for the magic resistances, and because the total stats value slightly outweight genesis 2 pieces, but if you have other options for resistances the "generic" stats are not very good to begin with.
