[Support] I cannot log in with my character

Hello, please help! Cant log ingame with my character.

Sorry my english is bad but i hope u will undrestand. Its been 1 weeks now that I have these bugs with my character: Undertakerest - Witch elf on blighted isle. When i click play then loading stuck for a while but then i can connect again server and try again, i tried do many times but cant sing ingame. I can not connect her anymore, I can connect all my characters except her.

Hello, I stilll can not login to my character. it lets me hit play after that just keeps loading and eventually kicks me out to the main screen on order side, when it is a destro character. I have tried all things on the forum. Info below,

Hey, I'm having this issue as well.

Character Name: Billywichdr
Faction: Destruction
Class: Zealot
Guild: Learn to Play
Location: Kadrin Valley

When I attempt to log in on this character, I get to the Kadrin Valley loading screen, which appears to be loading completely normally, but am deposited back to the character select screen after a few moments. I am able to connect with alternative characters without issue.

For anyone experiencing this, after being told to try this by someone in game calling themselves Salao, I was able to fix this. After you press Play on the character screen, type /stuck followed by enter (the same way you'd do it in the chat box in game) repeatedly, during the loading screen. It ended up depositing my guy at the starter Chaos portal in Norsca.

same issue for about a week now after sc forced to character select screen now if i try to log in the game game hangs for about 10 seconds then goes black as in the screenshot can log into every other character on account just fine

Hello again,
Been stuck a few days. Have tried several things like /stuck, login with an other char and login again. Nothing works.
Char: Elvenmane, Location: Dragonwake, Guild: Gimle

I got a message in the middle of the black screen that it reads as follows:
"Your account's play time will expire at 12:26:51. You have chosen the time-decution payment model. Each hour, 5 points will be deducted."
