Buff players in scenario's to rank 10, if not already.

On official server the scenario system had a buff that made all players essentially the same rank.

E.G. Rank 2 player in scenario is buffed up by 8 ranks to rank 10. A lot of low level players get farmed hardcore by higher ranked players.

The Rvr bolster, which is the same than scenario one, was actually boosting to Rank 15, as t1 was 1-15.

But it's true that atm, only 8+ players can do anything worth in scenario and rvr

Yeah, it was. Since our level cap is currently set to 10...

It'll hopefully make things a little more balanced.

Oh, and also implement this in the RvR lake, of course.

If i remember he bolster also doubled xp gain while in lakes and scenarios.
