NB in WAR has never been blocked/banned since its introduction.
You don't know much and are trying to tell stupid things to people who have been playing this game for many years and have always used NB.
You are one of those who say NB is a one button game lol.
I used NB on every character archetype and still had 3x12 skill bars. 1-12, alt +1-12, shift + 1-12 (plus some by click staff).
Maybe it's just due to lack of knowledge of the game and you don't know that using some abilities that are in theory better, without using NB gives a worse effect than theoretically worse ones e.g. Choppa GFDSS vs slasha, slasha vs throat slasha ect. If you perform an action half a second too early or too late you lose all GCD. Do you know what this means? Probably not, because using aoe mindlessly does not require anything.
I know that lack of NB doesn't hurt zerg players who spam losta choppin/flurry or wild swing. But it does bother those who demand more from MMOs.

Pretty sure that NB also required a delay between for button animation so it was slower than normal keys. Someone posted it before. It was like 10% slower. This discussion is derailed by NB. My apologies for my part in it Wargrimnir. I was trying to correct misinformation about it. While NB ban did indeed reduce population and specifically some key WB leaders it should be a separate topic, though that horse is pretty much beaten dead.

1. RVR objective mods that WB leaders discussed. Some good ideas there.
2. AAO and active defense reward/disincentive review
3. Minor tweaks to large scale class balance. Destro inability to push is partly LTP or lack or organization but Morale nerf really seems to hurt destro more than order. Pre-nerf I can recall needing KOTBS will morale drain M4 to win pushes against a defense. Now it is as useless M4 only specced in a competitive city, if we still have those.

So what you all want to NB or not NB without enemies to use/not use it on? It was not banned on live or here so that discussion doesn't help. It doesn't help to show how super unique imba NB-user plus clicking 3x12 skills bars you are as long as there is no one you can nerve with it, riding through empty zones 3xIC/day. GZ

fun play a game, you nee learn curve . yeah the game is 13 years old, and now? why you want all easy and why you want gear to vlow in your ass? if you play a game, you need a learn curve that make fun and not all easy way how you see it in other new mmorpgs, you must your brain

oh my friend there is no fun in getting steam rolled as a new player in merc/anni/conq-gear by a zerg full of vang - sov players...

What could be done is Splitting of RvR Zones into:
- T2/T3 < cr40
- T4: i would even say split of the vang+ players from lowies.

Why?
I leveled now several new chars and tried all mixes of renown and gear between full def or full offensive u just greatly get smacked by ppl with better gear. I tried super hard my magus (sov now) but that was real pain, either joining a wb/6man or solo u just get a lot of outnumbered fights, where u have to be fast in reactions. Most of the time i got kills by hitting afk players near BOs which shouldn't be the way to go.

Not enough people to split zones. They'd be dead. Barely enough for 2 active zones now. Maybe expand bolster or improve the lower level gear to be (even more) more defensive in nature.
