[Sorc] Missing spell ?

Hello,

at Warhammer Online release the sorceress had a spell to "tap staff on floor and that increased black magic", like u tap 10x10% then u cast always at 100%...

it's not included in RoR ?

You are talking about Surging Pain which was changed in live WAR to what it is now. Same time when they changed range dps tactic that gave 25 % more dmg if close range to 50 % faster spell cast time when in close range of target.

edit: "Close quarters" lvl 29.

To build up the heat you can spam Ice Spikes now, same gain
Orkni 85+ (in-game Grock is not me...)
