I cant see nothing no characters in creation menu

At first I could see the introduction of the game but I did not see the characters in the menu, only their
weapons, the creation buttons and little else of the scenario, now nor the introduction of the game only the voice and music of the intro.

Close the game and launcher. It has some files it still needs to collect
