Yellow arrow over character picture

What does it mean a yellow arrow over the character picture? I don't know how to remove it

As I remember it is indicator of unspend mastery points. Go to nearest career trainer and update your spec.

I can't get any new skill from carrer trainer. Also, I dont have any renown points

After spend renown points and reload the game, the arrow dissapears.
