Characters/NPC's facing the wrong way, dont turn when moving

hey guys, I've been playing all day and from the moment I got started I noticed that players and NPC are not turning to face their target or movement direction, I see my NPCs and PCs running backwards and its very strange... is this a known issue? any fixes?

it is a known issue if you use the "64-bit" client in the launcher. Use the "32-bit" one instead.
