Server has closed your connection

I've been getting this error randomly "Server has closed your connection". Tried disabling addons, logging in with vpn, deleting cache and restarting my router, but it doesn't get fixed, it's across all characters. Sometimes it says that on game launch, other times I can run around for about 30-40 seconds before I get the error. Anyone have any insight on how to fix this?
