Should I reinstall?

Hey,

I havent played for a while now (more than a year, maybe two) and it feels like that my RoR is running way slower than before on the same PC like a few years ago. The game starts to stutter in RvR super fast and even in some BG's i get FPS drops all of a sudden which I can only solve with a restart of the game. Within of 20min all of this is starting again.

I had some Addons like the VinyUI and some more standard things. Could they cause the problem because my UI/Addons are outdated? I'm rly close to just reinstall the whole game even tho it would take a while and I kinda dont like to setup my UI again because I "modded" the VinyUI alot afterall so it looks good for me. But at this point its kinda not playable =/
