Old player returning need advice

Hello everyone, im coming back to my old chosen and i dont remember anything, id need some advice, ill be fast and easy with the questions. Any advice preciated.
Mainly using SnB, i wanna be a wall. I dont mind the dps. Need mastery points / skills. renown and pvp choices. Id focus on PVE if thats possible and pvp for fun. Thanks everyone.
