Screen freezes and crash whole computer

I have lots of screen freezes and sometimes crash mostly when i am in group or warband but not always, in t1 not so much but up in other tiers it is unplayable . I noticed freezes gone after minimalizing game to windows and going back but after few screen freezes always coming hard crash my whole computer. I tried to search how to fix it, i done nearly everything plus repair in updater i checked my options in windows and excluded RoR from my anti virus. Second problem is that sound in game is bearly hearable. I came back after long break so maybe i missed something that Devs explained earlier. Appriciate to point me in right direction to solve this problem.
