Good engis will still do well and be wanted, bad ones will sit on the wall and cry about a nerf they don't even feel since they do no dmg anyway.
In Citys you dont feel the nerf as Magus or Engi. But in RvR/sc you feel it if you ST specced. This nerf is bullshit and needs a revert like it was
By RvR you mean sitting in one place and hoping for someone to run by to Snipe? because you dont feel it in good RvR warbands because you are moving anyways. Half the time in the lakes you dont even have time to get more then two stacks before you are out of range.

Core Idea of this classes is to defend an objective and deal damage while not moving. Good RvR warbands? If you join a warband as magus this nerf makes not a huge difference to you thats right, because you would skill full aoe and run into the enemys with the sorcs/bws. Same as you play in citys.
But if you play in groups and much more competetive, not like the brainless aoe spamming **** like every pug player does... You would be pissed like me about this stupid Nerf. It hits the Single target spec very hard, so it makes no sense enemy to play magus in groups or in assist. Devs destroyed this.
Only the aoe spamming pug Magus/Engi will be left and the classes again a bad joke like on live server.
