Instant Disconnect when entering world, "Region Server Unavailable"

Hey there, any help would be appreciated. I was doing RvR in Reikland, and did a quick ".changename" command. After changing the name, and logging back in, the game immediately lags and disconnects when I zone in. It states "Region Server Unavailable". Even logging into another character that I didn't name change does the same thing. Can't play the game now.
