There are 2 ways you can improve your playing experience
1. Optimize class, comp and gear
2. Change your expectations

3 out of four grps need to be near meta
Meta is
2 dps out of 5 classes
2 tankout of 3 classes
2 heal out of 3 classess

Do the math ... there will always be
3 non meta dps
1 non meta tank
1 non meta heal

or just play easy mode destro all sorted!

On order side tanks are a bit more interchangeable and des have one more dps that is viable (interchangeable).

In the bigger pichture the archetype unbalance of order is a much bigger factor
