Oppressing blows

Does the Oppressing blows tactic work? I don't see my critical melee increase by 15% but only by 1% when I wield a great weapon

Did you .getstats on yourself ? Sometime the character gear menu it does not appear.

Yep, it works. The 1% thing happens on both the character sheet and in the statdoll addons and is a known bug. As yoluigi pointed out, the only way to definitively check your stats is by typing '.getstats' while targeting yourself.
