Can't connect with correct ID and password

Hello,

I played the game a few months ago, and wanted to pick it up again. Sadly, I can't seem to connect to the client even though my ID and password both work on website...

What do?

Hey,

would recommend to change your password.
It shouldn't be that long (8 signs or so) and shouldn't contain any weird characters.

Removed the symbols from my password, and it worked!
