Black flikering ingame

I periodically have black artifact ingame, non letal but stresing. One can be provoced by putting cursor on destro female sork. Is this a game glitch or drivers/hardware problem? Its show periodically, and in case of sork 1 time per client start. Changing into window mode dont help, settings same.

most likely hardware/driver issue
whats your GPU and drivers?

could try to reinstall directx9c just in case
