if so, awesome change! 2h tanks viable again.

I am thinking it actually makes 2h "dps" tanks the better overall tanks.

2h tank still get melted directly by spells, don't forget this
there is a reason why 2h tank are totally forbidden in serious city wb until now.

Now that RoR is reverting bad changes, can Heaven's Blade be turned back into a resistance debuff (that stacked with Wrath of Hoeth regarding spirit) as it should be/was on live?
