Can only see weapon in all my character when I log

Hello,

I can only see weapon in game and in logging page with all my character des and order. I just reinstall the game. So when I log in its a graphical bug, I can't see no body at all.
Any advice?

A member of my guild had the same issue. If I remember correctly you have to go to the ReturnOfReckoning folder- properties, uncheck read-only. Apply to all the files.
other point could the location of the gamefiles. make sure its not C:\Program Files (x86). Moved it directly in C:\
