Our Choppas without Rampage tend to out damage most similar geared Slayers as their burst is a bit better especially when combined with init debuff from other class like Mara

slayers (all order in general) have access to +5% crit buff from kotbs, that probably compensate the inir debuff....also the init debuff is cleansable (like ID you know?)

That is +chance to crit rather than -reduction chance of being crit, so init debuff isn't affected, and Choppa with Stab You Gooder is going to be putting out some good burst, if you have a BO in group and you are being fed AP along side Keep on Choppin then you can use Wild Choppin for some big aoe numbers and burst bigger than anything a Slayer can put out.

Because Choppa puts out larger crit damage because of theirr crit tactic, so crit means more to Choppa than Slayer. And Destro healers can cleanse ID more easily than Order can cleanse init debuff primarily because of Chop Fasta and BO

I think you should probably try play at the higher level with a good team who all know what they are doing and see how these things play out. Slayer looks like the hero because of its numbers, so on scoreboard it is doing more tank damage, but kills not necessarily higher than Choppa and also Choppa brings a lot to the table which often doesn't show up on scoreboards

Order thas more than one AoE ini debuff tbh, most common would be AM puddle and 2nd would be WH using BBoP combined with DG to apply bullet to all targets.
You can stack up to ~20% extra crit by stacking Dirty Tricks, Overpowering Swing and ini debuff all together, but well, grass is greener on the otter side.

If you want some Choppa tips maybe speak to Orksofekrund, Slashaboyz, Ummuruk or Crawl, they have no problem beating Slayers in both damage and DB's. I mostly play DOK but we discuss how to get the best out of each class when we play. Not really interested in a RR measuring contest, you can either listen to how people win and use what you have been given to come out on top or keep moaning out what the enemy has and lose, up to you.
