Yes. The goal was to kill the Knight DPS spec. I don't like Knights and I think they're dumb.

Both classes need their damage conversion tactic back.

God forbid they do that!!!! Full spirit chosen was broken AF due to the number of spirit debuff abilities available to destro side that stack on top of each other (sorc 300+ spirit debuff + Zealot tactic debuff stacks and puts you to 0.0 spirit resistance). Order has no elemental debuff skills (besides the knight's aura that's a laughable -150) so that caused a massive imbalance between these classes.

Thats the reason why i dont come up with a tactic idea by my own, cuz i literally don't have any beside revert the changes, give him old Runefang back. It was not totally broken, so why fix it? Change M2 (Emp Champ) would have been a better idea, to prevent stat stacking

You are 100% right and may add that the M2 Emperor's Champion had it's duration nerfed from 30 seconds to 15 seconds, which was another massive nerf to the the only possible knight damage setup. I know it was a general morale nerf, it just hit knight even more since this class had only this one thing while other classes have multiple options.

And currently both Chosen and KoTBS are the lowest DPS spec tanks in the game as a result.

If not the tactic being returned, they need an Armor debuff property added to one of their attacks so that you don't lose all your damage if you use any of the non-magical attacks (and there are plenty of them).

Not sure about this. You spec to have good spirit abilities without going path of corruption and have good damage in AOE spec. You need Waaaagh but you Can spam aoe attack for your warband.
The only spec nerfed is the Cookie Cutter with oppression and it's not a Bad thing...

Only Real armor ability is cleave and you Can M1 cleave spam if needed...
In other hand you clearly need a beastlord + bloodlord WS weapon to have a good dps as a dps KOTBS...

At 1 point you are correct in my opinion, they are the lowest dps tanks for their realm, but choosen is close to BG, where kotbs is down to IB by miles...

since kotbs is gimped af, it's pretty funny to play choosen solo.. Killing parry WH's with undefendable cleave
and you still have spirit skills that hit pretty hard, Touch of palsy, Ravage, Relentless

Even if your damage is lower on choosen, you have some utility to make it through cool fights.

Can hit a kotbs with my WE like 10 times in 2s and get 1 reflect by his aura,
using BW/AM Rota on Choosen procs that refelect everytime (expect dottics)

Damn... gotta dust off my choosen right NOW

Knight should eat any witch elf alive ez pz. Knights do the least amount of damage for order tanks however they boost the damage of their warband significantly.

AoE wounds debuff, AoE crit debuff and defences debuff, also weak parry debuff on crit, all this on top of aura debuffs. Just look at the trees on career builder.

yo, about staggering impact, the 10% reduces means, when the target has 30% parry you debuff 3%
and who the hell is slotting Biting Blade?

So you have the Auras and Arcing Swing.. totally overloaded that kotbs^^
