Characters dissapeared after redownloading game

Hello everyone,
I redownloaded the game after 2+ years of having it deleted but when I logged into my account every character was missing. I asked in another post and they confirmed that no major character wipe happened during that time. Also I probably didn't get a ban during my abcense. The characters still appear in the armory and their name is taken so it means they were not deleted. Moreover, I'm 100% positive it is the account I used, since I used it both for forums and had only 1. Creating a new character didn't help either. Anyone facing similar issues? Thanks in advance.

Also, I can provide as much proof of ownership for the characters as possible if for some reason they were transfered to another account, but that would probably require attention by a moderator.
