None here think both are overperforming in ae? So st seems like underperforming in comparison?
Fighting a st slayer isn't that easy but a ae slayer is just a ... . Really most are not even moving against melee, just standing still cause they know they win with all their abilities.
And look at their dmg numbers allinall. They are far away on the top by everyone else with comparable equipment with ae spec.

Yes and the idea was making 2hand more attractive by also looking on ae build for both.Panzerkasper wrote: ↑Tue Jan 05, 2021 3:30 pmStop derailing the thread. Re: 2H Choppa and Slayer ideas
Dont worry. Devs nerf hard aoe spec. And mid will be fine
Re: 2H Choppa and Slayer ideas
That's my greatest fear ... and what could happen the most

Re: 2H Choppa and Slayer ideas
The Aoe for both of them is already the best in the game and what these classes are made for and asking for a really great single target spec too is just being greedy. It will do nothing but lead to even less variety of classes being played. There is already so many people playing choppas and slayers i dont think they need any kind of changes or buffs.
Re: 2H Choppa and Slayer ideas
how about make the aoe spec of both slayers and choppas "bleed based"? For example choppa lotsa chopping damage reduced by 50% but add a bleeding over 10 seconds to whoever is hitted by such ability stacking up to 4 times. (same for slayer ofc being mirror classes) In that way you "ramp up" bleed damage and create pressure over time.

That may be a good idea, that -50% damage is too much, but i like the way you think.Asherdoom wrote: ↑Sat Jan 09, 2021 9:28 am how about make the aoe spec of both slayers and choppas "bleed based"? Re: 2H Choppa and Slayer ideas
If the bleed can't be removed that could be a good solution but -50% is too much for this low dmg ability. 15~20% would be better.
