[SW] Move Stance Buttons out of Global Cooldown

Dear Devs

Please remove the Shadow Warrior's stance buttons out of global cooldown similar to what has been done for the SH's Squig Armor.

Rationale:
- Stance dancing is vital for most SW gameplay and Stances are abilities per se. It will increase the quality of gameplay and improve reaction time for SW players.
- Switch to another stance is, anyway, limited to 5 seconds.
