I imagine implementing this in a scen is much easier. GoE Orc pult with a 30 sec cooldown near base would be nice. Maybe a minute to prevent people chilling at the base, still this needs to happen somehow. It was the first thing in the cinematic damnit!

I'd be excited for this and don't really see many balance repercussions as long as there's a hefty cooldown so you can't simply spam folk over the walls. What could also be entertaining is if you gave Order some kind of anti-aircraft weapon that was skillshot based and could bring down flyers... But I don't know how easy that'd be to implement.
