unable to log in invalid username password

i am using the same login as the forums but keeps saying invalid login or username dont know what im doing wrong

Hello, please make sure that your password is 6-15 characters long and does not include special characters or symbols (for example: %, @, _, ç, à, å, ë, etc.).
