Forgot my password

Hi, some time ago i played this game with an account.
I've tried to recover the account but i forgot my password and i dont get any email with a new password.
The password recovery system is not working for me the e-mail with the new password does not arrive and i have tried it many times.
If you can help me tell me what i need to do.
