Coming back maybe? - Help me pick a destruction class!

Hi all,

I just found out this private server exists and I'm really excited about it! I loved WAR back in the day.

I'm a West Coast player, how is the population for times I would be online (after 6pm EDT)?

Also, help me pick a class.

I haven't played an MMO in a long time, favor destruction, and want something that is useful/desireable to groups, and not too difficult to play.
All that long time ago I had a DOK, Blackguard (felt so underpowered), a Chosen, a Witchelf, a Sorceror, and a Chopper all at max level.

If you want a "meta" pick that is easy to pick up and play and guarantees you access to all gameplay modes without too much searching for groups I'd say Chosen or DoK. If you don't want to play a tank/healer I'd go Choppa.

DoK is best healer and dps on destro so you should try that.

to answer the population question, it's decent, but not as high as it is earlier in the afternoon (EU prime time). Still plenty of others to fight, though.
